Volunteers are a vital part of our museum. Our volunteer corps is dedicated to providing great customer experience for our visitors and we’d love to have you help us out if you’re interested! 

Volunteers work a 3 ½ hour shift at our front desk greeting visitors, answering questions, and handing out scavenger hunts to our young visitors (and those young at heart!). 

Volunteering at Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum is a great way to connect with people visiting the Outer Banks on vacation and locals who want to learn more about the history of their home.
